Terms & Conditions for Tutors

 Booking & Payment

  • All sessions must be paid in full before the scheduled lesson.

  • Payments are accepted via [list payment methods].

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.

 

Session Length & Format

  • Standard session duration is 45 minutes unless otherwise specified.

  • Sessions are conducted [online/in-person] as agreed.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • For one-on-one sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid forfeiting the session.

  • Group sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Tutor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with prior notice; in such cases, make-up sessions or refunds will be offered.

 

Attendance & Punctuality

  • Students must join on time. Late arrivals do not extend the session time.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

 

 Conduct

  • Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow tutor guidelines.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in termination of the session without refund.

 

Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for tutoring purposes.

  • Sessions may not be recorded or shared without tutor permission.

 

Liability

  • The tutor is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from tutoring services.

  • Students participate at their own risk.

 

 Agreement

  • By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
