Refund Policy

One-on-One Sessions

• Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.  Cancellations within 24 hours: Non-refundable. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies only. No-shows: No refund or rescheduling offered.

Group Lessons

• Non-refundable once booked. Due to limited space and the fixed schedule of group lessons, we do not offer refunds for missed or canceled group sessions.

Monthly Subscriptions

• Refunds are not issued for partially used subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the following month.

If tutoring is canceled by the tutor, a refund or credit for the missed session will be applied.

Tutor Cancellations

• If a tutor needs to cancel for any reason, you will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for that session.
